I’m Rachelle Coffey, LPC, a nationally board-certified counselor licensed in AZ and WI. My work centers on helping clients move from insight into meaningful change. I started my career in community mental health and various leadership roles, where I witnessed how deeply people want to grow, and how often they lack the support to integrate that growth into their daily lives. That gap shaped my specialization in trauma‑responsive care, nervous‑system‑informed development, and perspective‑shifting integration work. Community IMPACT Counseling, LLC is a private clinical practice in Arizona offering system-conscious, neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-responsive mental health care for children and adults seeking lasting, structural change. The practice is built on the belief that traditional behavioral health models often fail to address the systemic, environmental, and nervous-system-based patterns that shape human behavior. Community Impact Counseling exists to challenge those norms and provide a clinical experience that is stabilizing, affirming, and transformative. Community IMPACT Counseling is proud to partner with Integration for Impact Institute (III) to provide individuals and families free, 30-minute Gatehouse Triage Session. These are non‑crisis, educational stabilization session intended to help you understand your needs, navigate resources, and identify next steps.
